The lake lies at your feet! In only 10 minutes you will float to Lake Ossiacher See by cable car.

Here you can enjoy swimming, sweet idleness or water sports. The cable car ride and the admission to the lakeside lido, as well as the boat trip, are included in the Zaubek all-inclusive board.

It’s true: nowhere else in Austria is there more sunshine than at Lake Ossiacher See; 2,010 hours per year on average.

In good years, statistics sometimes show more than 2,100 hours of sunshine.

After all it is the largest and, due to its starring roles on German-speaking television, probably also the most well known lake in Carinthia: Wörthersee. Still today the bluish-green lake is surrounded by a touch of splendour and glamour.

As all lakes in Carinthia, Lake Wörthersee also has drinking water quality, which is a high priority here. Those responsible are careful with granting licences for motor boats. Currently the huge trend at the lake is to drive a powerful electric boat.
